Spring Gala $75 single/ $150 couple tickets end this Sunday March 8th. Monday March 9th prices go up to $100/single ticket and $200/couple's ticket.

Tickets include a formal to semi-formal adult only night out at the Elks Lodge Monterey (150 Mar Vista Dr, Monterey) with:
*4:30-5:30pm: complimentary wine and charcuterie spread.
*6-7pm included buffet dinner: Dinner Rolls with butter, Caesar salad, Roasted Vegetables, nut-free pesto pasta, Chicken Marsala and Chicken Piccata, coffee and tea bar, Martinelli's Sparkling Cider, dessert bar curated by multiple local businesses. Have food allergies? Please email CVO@bayview-academy.org by April 1st so we can let the caterer know and accomodate your needs.
*7-8:30 Dancing with DJ
*Door prize drawings drawn from all ticket holders, board games in the lounge area, Photo Booth area, fee based private bar for beer and cocktails open all night, gorgeous sunset view over the bay at 7:45pm, perks donated from local businesses (thank you Legacy Beauty Bar for offering EVERY guest a $10 coupon off of any service, including her $20 brow waxes) and a lot of fun together at this prom/wedding-like fundraiser!

-If you would like to attend but the pre-sale price is out of your price range, please email CVO@bayview-academy.org or comment on this post. As people and businesses help sponsor the event, and more tickets are sold, we can offer more heavily discounted tickets without taking a financial loss. We want everyone in the community who wants to attend to be able to, while raising funds for BVA!

Can't attend the Spring Gala but want to support this fundraiser? You can donate any amount towards sponsoring/partially sponsoring a ticket for lower income BVA community members, donate towards your grade's raffle basket, buy raffle tickets the 2 weeks leading up to the event (All 10 basket winners drawn at the gala, but you do not need to attend to win), donate items or services (tax deductible) for the silent auction, or bid online from home in the silent auction! 

*BVA Staff: Once we reach enough ticket sales to cover the cost of the venue/DJ/Security/Food cost for tickets already sold (We're REALLY close), we can offer a $60 staff ticket/$120 staff couples ticket, and potentially deeper discounted tickets if people/businesses help sponsor tickets for others. Please email us at CVO@bayview-academy.org or comment on this post if you are a staff member who needs a deeper discount, and let us know what you can afford so we can prioritize based on your budget! We want you ALL to be able to attend if you want to!
